Specialising in all aspects of the operator license from application right through to public inquiry, we are experts in improving Operator Compliance Risk Scores (OCRS) – more commonly known as the traffic light system -employed by the DVSA.

The system is used to monitor the likelihood of non- compliance the higher you score the more chance you have of action being taken against your license.

We have a strong belief that prevention is better than cure. The Traffic Commissioners look very highly upon proactive operators who have extensive monitoring processes in place.

But, if you are unfortunate enough to be in the position where disciplinary action has been taken, we are more than happy to step in and work with you to help you achieve maximum compliance.

  I honestly can’t recommend MOT Learning Services enough!

A few weeks ago, I completed my ATA course with Pete. It was brilliantly presented, and I immediately felt like I was somewhere I belonged. Nobody talked down to you, if that makes sense, and everything was explained in a friendly and relatable way. That made me keen to return and complete my MOT course there too.

Fast-forward a couple of weeks, and I was back again! This time I met Ian—what a great guy. He’s really down-to-earth, relatable and very good at both taking and delivering the banter! 🤣 More importantly, he teaches the material in a way you can genuinely understand, rather than simply repeating phrases from a textbook.

Then there’s Dave—a really nice fella who enjoys a laugh but also gets the job done. He’s also particularly happy when you bring biscuits! 🤣🤣

Finally, there’s Louise, Ian’s wife—and definitely the better half! 🤣 She does a fantastic job behind the scenes and made sure I had everything I needed to complete the course.

  Great experience here with Ian for the MOT Manager Course, could not recommend enough. His level of knowledge will be hard to find anywhere else and was of a great help.

  Attended MOT training course in January to become an MOT tester. Ian and the team were absolutely brilliant. Ian makes the course enjoyable as well as making sure all attendees understand the importance of the role of MOT tester and the implications it can have.

  I can't recommend the Mot training course enough  , I've done courses years ago and this one knocked them out of the park , I've learnt so much more on this course  , big thanks to Ian  , Pete and the team  , definitely a training centre that I would highly recommend
