Transport Managers CPC Course

We offer training for your to achieve qualification in transport management. THe transport manager CPC exams are held at our training centre in Basingstoke, four-times a year (January, March, September and December).

Exams are set and marked by Skills and Education Group Awards.

Day 2: Financial Management & Budgeting, Commercial Conduct, Marketing, Organisation Charts, KPIs & Work Plans
Day 3: Vehicle Selection, Operators Licence, VED, Transport Ancillaries,
Day 4: Vehicle Costing, Maintenance Planning, Weights & Dimensions of Vehicles & Loads
Day 5: Drivers Hours, Working Time Regulations, Drivers Records, Record books

Day 6: Safe Loading & Transit of Goods, Driver Licensing, Electronic Data
Day 7: Insurance and CMR, Plating & Testing, Fleet Inspection & Roadside Checks, Speed Limits & Traffic Regulations, Traffic Accident Procedure.
Day 8: Permits & Methods of Operating, Customs & Transit Systems, Business Taxation & International VAT
Day 9: INCOTERMS and Frontier Crossings, International Transport Documentation, Revision Financial Management Calculations, Mock Paper 1 Exam
Day 10: Exam Structure, Exam Preparation, Revision and Mock Paper 2 exam, Course Close

  I honestly can’t recommend MOT Learning Services enough!

A few weeks ago, I completed my ATA course with Pete. It was brilliantly presented, and I immediately felt like I was somewhere I belonged. Nobody talked down to you, if that makes sense, and everything was explained in a friendly and relatable way. That made me keen to return and complete my MOT course there too.

Fast-forward a couple of weeks, and I was back again! This time I met Ian—what a great guy. He’s really down-to-earth, relatable and very good at both taking and delivering the banter! 🤣 More importantly, he teaches the material in a way you can genuinely understand, rather than simply repeating phrases from a textbook.

Then there’s Dave—a really nice fella who enjoys a laugh but also gets the job done. He’s also particularly happy when you bring biscuits! 🤣🤣

Finally, there’s Louise, Ian’s wife—and definitely the better half! 🤣 She does a fantastic job behind the scenes and made sure I had everything I needed to complete the course.

  Great experience here with Ian for the MOT Manager Course, could not recommend enough. His level of knowledge will be hard to find anywhere else and was of a great help.

  Attended MOT training course in January to become an MOT tester. Ian and the team were absolutely brilliant. Ian makes the course enjoyable as well as making sure all attendees understand the importance of the role of MOT tester and the implications it can have.
